Withdraw funds

Go to the trading account management page, select the desired coin from the list and click — (withdraw)

This will open the output page. Fill in all the required lines

Amount
Address of the recipient
Pin (or 2FA)

Next, you need to fill in the «Verification code from the letter».

Copy the verification code you received in the email:

The code must be entered within 5 minutes for the first attempt and within 1 minute for the second attempt

Press the withdrawal button and wait for the coins to arrive.

Click the withdrawal button and wait for the coins to arrive. Coins will be withdrawn to an external address in approximately 5 minutes.

If you see an error, you can cancel the transaction using the link in the letter or by clicking the minus sign next to the output line. After cancellation, funds will be returned to your wallet balance in about 10 minutes.

Please note that at first the withdrawal is made during business hours from 1:00 to 20:00 UTC.

If coins are withdrawn to Binance, then after the administrator approves the withdrawal, crediting to Binance occurs almost instantly
