The access to 2FA has been lost, what to do?

If you have lost your Smartphone or the access to 2FA, remember if the secret code 2FA may be written somewhere. If you succeed in finding it, you need to create a new account in the 2FA app using this code. After that, you can log in to your account using 2FA codes generated in this account. 

If you have used the Authy application, you can restore access using the application backup. 

If you cannot restore access to 2FA, write to [email protected] from the mail which was registered on Cryptorg account with the indication of your Login.
